Policies:

Fragrance Policy: We are extremely sensitive to synthetic smells and we created Vetiver for those who are also sensitive to smell; therefore, we ask that you please refrain from wearing any perfumes,colognes lotions or any product that contains synthetic fragrance. Please look closely at the ingredients in the products that you apply to yourself on the day of your appointment to determine if the product contains ANY fragrance, if it does, or you are in doubt about it, PLEASE do not put it on your body or clothing!

Cancellation Policy: Please resect our time that we have reserved for you. We offer appointment reminder cards and ask you to remember your appointment date and time. Because we reserve our time especially for you, we require 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. We charge for missed and last minute cancellation appointments. Any guest who repeatedly fails to show for an appointment, without proper notice, will be required to prepay for future services. 

Tipping Policy: Our prices reflect our great services therefore we do not expect gratuities. 

Cell Phone Policy:  Unplug and relax! No talking on cell phones in the salon, if you must us your phone, texting only please. 

Children Policy: Vetiver is not conducive to infants and young children. We ask that you please plan for child care so that we all can relax and so you will be better able enjoy your visit with us.

Return Policy: Products can be returned for store credit or gift certificate only. No cash refunds.

Referrals Bonus: Vetiver's growth and sustainability is fueled by satisfied clients. We reward our clients who refer friends and family to visit with gift certificates that may be used for services.

Payment Options: Vetiver accepts checks, gift certificates or cash. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
